How do you verify listings? +
Each listing: Google Maps check, tax plate, operating licence, 3+ independent review platforms, and a phone call with the owner. Re-verified yearly.
Is an operator untrustworthy if not on your list? +
No — it only means we haven't verified them yet. Many legitimate operators exist outside our list; still apply our 12-step verification before booking.
Booking & payment
Do I pay you? +
No. Bookings and payments go directly to the operator's own channel (site, WhatsApp, phone). We never handle money.
Safest payment method? +
Credit card via virtual POS (iyzico, PayTR) is safest — chargeback is available. Cash at arrival is also safe. Personal IBAN wires are highest risk.
What about the deposit? +
Written confirmation + deposit ≤25% of total, ideally via virtual POS, is the safe pattern.

Dispute with your bank in 24 hours, file a criminal complaint with the Public Prosecutor, report to CİMER and the Consumer Arbitration Board.
