1. Parties
These Terms govern use of rizebungalovevler.com ("Site") by any visitor ("User"). Using the Site constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

The Site is a guide and referral platform listing bungalow operators in Rize, Trabzon and Artvin. It is not a booking agent; bookings, contracts, payments and services are between the operator and the User directly. The Site is not a party to these transactions.
3. Content & accuracy
Operator information, prices and transport details are prepared carefully and transparently. However, regional conditions and market fluctuations may cause content to drift. Users are responsible for verifying information directly with the operator before booking.
4. Third-party links
"View on operator's site", Google Maps, WhatsApp and similar links point to third-party services with their own terms and privacy policies.
5. User conduct
- Use the Site lawfully;
- No automated scraping;
- No unauthorized commercial redistribution;
- No attempts to compromise Site security.
6. Copyright
Unless stated otherwise, Site content belongs to rizebungalovevler.com. Commercial reproduction without written permission is not allowed. Quotations must credit the source. Operator photos are used by permission; copyright removal requests handled within 48 hours via contact.
7. Limits of liability
- The Site is not directly liable for operator contract performance or service quality.
- Verification is thorough but not a guarantee — the Site reserves the right to remove any listing that subsequently fails standards, and takes such reports seriously.
- The Site is not liable for losses arising from content errors or outdated information.
8. Operator application
Listing is conditional upon providing verification documents and meeting the stated criteria. Operators failing or losing these criteria may be delisted.
9. Disputes
- Content complaints → contact form.
- Fraud reports taken seriously; offenders suspended or delisted.
- Turkish law applies; Rize courts have jurisdiction.
10. Changes
The Site may update these Terms without prior notice. Continued use equals acceptance of current Terms.
