What to know before booking an Ayder bungalow

Ayder Tourism Center has strict construction limits. Many "Ayder bungalows" listed online are actually in surrounding villages — Akkaya, Çayırdüzü, Yukarı Çamlıca — within 5-15 minutes by car. Geographically still part of the Ayder valley, they offer quieter stays at 25-40% lower prices than properties inside the official tourism zone.

Proximity to the hot springs directly affects pricing. Bungalows at the heart of the village are 30-50% more expensive but offer walking distance to all restaurants. For festival weekends, parking near the center is hard — central bungalows have a clear advantage.

Ayder bungalow prices (2026)

Off-season (Nov-Apr): 3,000-5,000 TRY/night. May-June: 4,500-7,000 TRY. July-August peak: 7,500-14,000 TRY, with jacuzzi-fireplace suites reaching 16,000 TRY. September discounts 20-30%.
